Parkway Office Center is a planned two building office park located at the southeast intersection of Battlefield Parkway and Virginia Route 7. It consists of two nearly identical buildings of 65,340 SF on four stories for a total build out of 130,680 SF, with a planned three story structured parking garage in between. The first of two buildings may be delivered with planned surface parking; the structured parking garage is required upon delivery of building two. Both buildings will have façade and signage exposure visible from 45 feet in height, as seen by east and west bound traffic on Route 7. The traffic count on Route 7 was computed at 55,000 vehicles per day in CY 2006.
